Meet Dr. Angelice Alexander-Martin

Dr. Angelice Alexander-Martin is a Central Ohio native with over 23 years of experience as a Board-Certified Family Physician. She holds board certifications from the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Board of Preventive Medicine (with a subspecialty in Addiction Medicine), the American Board of Addiction Medicine, the American Board of Obesity Medicine, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. She is also a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
Dr. Alexander-Martin earned her Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and her Medical Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, completing her residency at Mount Carmel Medical Center.
Her practice reflects a whole-person approach to health. She specializes in the medical treatment of obesity and overweight, hormone balancing and optimization, and substance use disorders. Through her medspa, she offers non-invasive body contouring, laser hair removal, and anti-aging facial treatments. She also provides ALCAT Food Sensitivity Testing and guidance on nutraceuticals to support her patients' overall wellness.
In 2014, Dr. Alexander-Martin became a certified BioTE Physician and continues to bring deep expertise in hormone health to every patient she sees.

Yves is our fabulous receptionist. She works remotely, answers the phone with a pleasant smile, and is happy to schedule, reschedule, or otherwise get you set up for success. She can handle many requests, and if necessary, she can transfer you to the main office.
Carrie
Physician Assistant
On Mondays and Thursdays, the office has another healthcare provider, Carrie. She is Dr. A's physician assistant, and she has been an invaluable member of the team for over 4 years. Previously she worked in an emergency department, and now she enjoys getting to know patients, providing continuity of care, and helping people to accomplish their goals.
Grace
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Grace is the backbone of the office. She is the office manager and knows the business inside and out. Grace joined our team in 2020 and has since graduated Cum Laude from The Ohio State University as a registered dietitian nutritionist. She is dedicated to ensuring patients receive top-quality care and support, making her an integral part of the team.
Grace now has Dietician Services appointments available.
Sophia
Medical Assisstant
Sophia is our medical assistant who greets you, obtains your vitals, performs any necessary office testing, and gets you ready to see Dr. A or Carrie. She communicates with pharmacies, other medical offices and hospitals, and plays a critical role in making sure you get the care you need.
